The Winter Sale 2019, consisting of 389 lots, realized over $2.4 million in sales and was 95% sold by lot. The top lot of the sale was a pair of wigeon by the Ward Brothers from Crisfield, Maryland. The pair soared past the $125/175,000 estimate, landing at $228,000. The top painting lot, Percival Rosseau’s Perfection, saw active bidding on phones and internet, ultimately selling for $54,000 on a $30/$50,000 estimate.
